          Our 12 oz bottles come with produce inside the bottle to infuse your vinegar with flavor. They are all refillable 5 - 10 times with your favorite vinegar or red wine for peak flavor. Majority of customers have stated the sauce last about a year with refills.

1) Scorpion Pepper - It is the hottest natural growing pepper in the world with heat of 1.2 million Scoville. Aside from the heat, the Scorpion has a tender fruit-like flavor, which makes it a sweet-hot combination.

 

2) Carolina Reaper - In 2013, Guinness World Records declared it the hottest chili pepper in the world. The official Guinness World Record heat level was 1,641,183 Scoville in 2017.It has been described as having a fruity taste, with the initial bite being sweet and then immediately turning to "molten lava".

 

3) Bhut Jolokia or Ghost Pepper as its commonly known – It is 400 times hotter than Tabasco sauce. The Ghost chili is rated at more than 1 million Scoville. When prepared properly they have a distinct almost smoky flavor.

 

4) Habanero Pepper - They are very hot, rated 100,000–350,000 Scoville. The heat, flavor, and its floral aroma make it a favorite popular ingredient in hot sauces and other spicy foods.

 

5) Datil Pepper- Similar in strength to the Habanero but have a sweeter, fruitier flavor. Their level of spiciness may vary from 100,000 to 300,000 Scoville. It is the pepper of St. Johns County, FL brought here by the Menorcan people during the founding of the oldest city in the country, St. Augustine.

6) Fatalii Pepper - It is described as having a fruity, citrus flavor with a searing heat comparable to the habanero 100,000–350,000 Scoville, to which it is related and from which it may have derived.

 

7) Fat Datil- It is a Datil & Fatalii cross grown locally here in Elkton, FL it has an amazing combination of sweet and heat. It has been masterfully blended to have the best of both peppers having a sweeter fruity, citrus flavor with a searing heat. When we tried it here for our sauce, we coined the term “Fat Datil” now used among those of us who use the pepper.

 

8) Bird’s Eye or Thai Chili as it is commonly known - is small but is quite hot. It measures around 50,000 - 100,000 Scoville, which is at the lower half of the range for the hotter habanero, but still much hotter than a common jalapeño.

 

9) Cayenne Pepper - It has a distinct, robust flavor lending to making it one of the most used pepper spices in the world. It is generally rated at 30,000 to 50,000 Scoville.

 

10) Sweet Gypsy Peppers also known as sweet bell pepper are similar in appearance to the shape of a jalapeno but are favored for their thin skin and sweet flavor for making our sauce to taste like “Italian dressing on steroids.” This pepper is a 0 Scoville.
